    Hi, I'm Rebecca!

    I am Rebecca and Florida has been my home since 2008.  I have lived in Vero Beach, Florida since 2020.  My husband and I moved down from Santa Rosa Beach, FL, in the panhandle, and lived in Port St. Lucie for 3 years before moving to Vero Beach. 


    My real estate sales include working with two major homebuilders in the area, as well as selling real estate with Re/Max.  I joined FHRM in August 2023.

    I have sold and closed hundreds of homes in the past 6 years, and became very knowledgable in the construction process of new homes.  This experience and working with Re/Max enabled me to learn the housing market in Indian River and St. Lucie Counties.  My recent sales include Jacksonville where I have also become familiar, since spending so much time in the area the past two years.


    I have years of sales experience and negotiations in real estate and other sales.  I excel at negotiating terms and prices, advocating for your interests and getting the most out of each real estate transaction.

        I will also negotiate commissions for you.  The new changes for commissions will take effect on August 17, 2024.  Commissions will be negotiated in the contract.
